2014 Derivative Action

In August of 2014 – the Plaintiff and her then husband Arthur John Greenwood filed a derivative action in the State of Michigan on behalf of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America.  The case is  Greenwood v Doberman Pinscher Club of America and the American Kennel Club, Genesee  County Circuit Court Case No. 14-1003222-CZ, Hon. Joseph J. Farah presiding.

The plaintiffs in the litigation were Arthur John Greenwood and Elaine Greenwood.

Months  before February 25, 2015,  Arthur Greenwood  had agreed to settle under the American Kennel Club terms,  and I [Elaine Greenwood] had refused to settle under the American Kennel Club terms, because the settlement offered to me in October of 2014 included a gag order, i.e., that I would never talk about the unethical conduct of the AKC Staff and Board in that litigation, and specifically about the unethical conduct of AKC Staff Mike Liosis, Gina DiNardo and Heather McManus.

This litigation did not settle until June of 2015
